Provide labor, materials, and equipment to install a pre-engineered mezzanine system into an existing metal building at the K-Span Bldg, U.S. Coast Guard Marianas Section, Marianas, Guam. Mezzanine shall be a free standing steel structure consisting of columns, framing, decking, hardware and accessories. Mezzanine shallnot require cross bracing in any direction. Mezzanine system shall be designed to meet all Uniform Building Code and OSHA requirements to support a 100 psf live load within a seismic zone 4 site locaiton. Storage cages made of chain-link fencing shall be constructed below the mezzanine. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The construction range is between $100,000 to $250,000. Only faxed or written requests for bid packages are acceptable.
