The Contractor shall provide labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide wholesale automotive auction services for various types of Government-owned transportation vehicles. Services shall also include vehicle transporting from Government property to Contractor storage facility; advertising; vehicle detailing; washing and vacuuming vehicles; providing State of Hawaii, Motor Vehicle Inspection (safety check); and administration of vehicle transfer of registered ownership. Contractor is required to complete form SF 97 prior to final payment. Contractors are expected to inspect each vehicle and to note the condition of the vehicles during site visit, which will be scheduled at a later date. Additional automotive function information will be provided in solicitation. Award of purchase order shall be based on best value; price, past performance, and experience.
