F -- INVASIVE EXOTIC REMOVAL SOL N62467-98-Q-2762 DUE 082598 POC Addie Alldaffer, 305/293-2902 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, quality control, transportation and supervision necessary to accomplish the restoration of habitat areas of the endangered Lower Keys Marsh Rabbit by removal of invasive exotic plant species and treating the affected areas with herbicides to prevent regrowth of the exotic species. Some of the work involves follow-up exotic removals in areas already cleared by a previous contractor. Work is to be performed without damage to existing or native plants which are protected by the Endangered Species Act. Any quotation over $25,000 will require a payment bond. Date for receipt of quotations is approximate. Requests for copies of this solicitation should be received by the issuing office not later than 10 days of listing of this synopis in the CBD.
