PRINCIPAL FEATURES: Realignment, widening and reconstruction of Second Street West. The street will be reconstructed with Asphalt Concrete except the intersection of Oneida/Ontario which will be Reinforced Portland Concrete. Some utility relocation is included. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The construction period is 180 Calendar days.
