Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. The upgrades are limited to all mechanical and electrical work needed to replace the motors and starters of each elevator cab unit. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The anticipated contract performance period is four (4) months after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated price range is under $150,000.
