The work includes the construction of a wash facility for tracked vehicles with recycled treated wash water, including but not limited to the furnishing, construction and installation of concrete wash bays, concrete pavement, wash water collection trenches, sedimentation basin, treatment system, storage tanks and all associated piping and valves at the 41 Las Flores Area. The treatment system as a unit will be supplied by the Government installed and tested by the Contractor. Work also includes demolition, grading, trenching, excavation, backfilling, connection to existing service lines, and all incidental related work. The S.I.C. Code is 1541, "General Building Contractors." The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract completion time is 180 days. The bid opening is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. PDT, 8 September 1998 at Building 22101, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. All responsible sources may submit a bid and it shall be considered.
