The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is interested in learning about the approaches different corporations take in training their employees about occupational hearing loss and implementing hearing conservation programs. Toward this end, NIOSH would like to conduct two focus group sessions with employees and two sessions with supervisors at each of three select corporations (4 focus groups per site X 3 sites = 12 groups) to gather information about their hearing conservation experiences.
