The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1521 with a standard size of $17.0M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 with a total performance period of 3 years: a one-year basic period and two one-year option year periods. The work in general includes, but is not limited to, removal of built-up roofs and roof mounted equipment; replacement of decking and joists; extension of electrical conduit, gas lines, duct extension; installation of various roofing components and accessories; abatement of asbestos, and disconnection / reconnection of AC units. Note: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available.
