SOURCES SOUGHT: The Government intends to request proposals for an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract to obtain various floor covering materials for installation at various military facilities on Guam. The work includes all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform removal and disposal of existing floor covering and installation of new floor covering, and incidental related work. The performance period is 365 calendar days. The Government may award multiple contracts as a result of this solicitation. The minimum guaranteed amount is $100,000.00 for each contract. The maximum aggregate amount is not to exceed $1,000,000.00. Written proposals will be evaluated based on factors described in the solicitation. The Government intends to award without discussions, however, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions. The SIC code is 1752. Small Business size standard is $7.0M.
