New local domestic hot water heaters to replace the function of the B304 storage-tank/heater and distribution system and a new local process hot water heater. Capacity vary based on requirements at specific locations. NOTE: Steam is piped throughout Building 301 to serve comfort heating, humidification, domestic water heating, and process water heating needs. In a number of cases, steam is used in local steam-to-water heat exchangers in B301 to provide domestic hot water or process hot water. In other cases, new electric water heaters have been installed to provide adequate hot water at selected lcoations. The project number is SGBP 02-0009. The performance period is 60 calendar days. This action is being considered for full and open competition. SIC Code is 1623. The SBA size standard of 17.0 million is a three year average annual gross revenue.
