The Renovation consist of approximately 60,000 square feet of office space and support facilities. The renovation involves the removal of asbestos contained material and lead-based paint, carpentry, paint, steel doors, wood doors, ceramic tile, acoustic ceilings, resilient floors, carpet, wall coverings, signage, cabinets, plumbing, HVAC sprinklers, interior/exterior electric, telecommunications, fire alarm system... and all other related work. The construction of "K" Road Crossover includes reinforced concrete, asphalt shingles, vinyl siding, metal studs and trusses, carpentry, paint, steel doors, aluminum windows, acoustic ceilings, resilient floors, signage, cabinets, plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers, interior electric, telecommunications, fire alarm system... and all other related work.
