The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and services in performing all operations connected with removal of existing EPDM roof and replacement of new .60 mil EPDM on building 721 (25,300 SF). Project includes removal of existing EPDM Membrane, recovery board. Project includes installation of new metal flashing and fascia metal along entire roof edge. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. Solicitation issue date should be on or after Aug 15, 1998. The applicable SIC code and size standard for this acquisition are 1761/$7 mil. The estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation is unrestricted.
