Project # DACA21-98-B-0040 is amended as follows: Project Title --
Construct Various Facilities, Ft. Bragg, NC. SCHEDULE I: Construct
entry control building (approximately 1600 sf) with loading docks and
inspections area to house x-ray equipment. Provide HVAC system,
plumbing, septic tank system, power, lighting, fire alarm and intrusion
detection systems, and connection to existing security system.
Construct 50 vehicle parking, area and access/egress roads. Modify
fence and gate, and provide security barriers, exterior lighting,
signage, and closed-circuit TV system. SCHEDULE II -- Provide
ventilation in approximately four buildings. SCHEDULE III: Construct
Special Warfare Training Facility, approximately 6,500 sf new
pre-engineered metal building. Interior rooms of CMU with steel joist
ceiling structure. Includes HVAC, latrines, and electrical. Estimated
cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. THIS
SOLICITAITON IS ISSUED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS PURSUANT TO THE
"BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT REFORM ACT OF 1988" (Public Law
100-656). ALL REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND
RECEIVED NOT LATER THAN 07/20/98. A LIMITED NUMBER OF SOLICITATIONS
WILL BE PREPARED AND ISSUED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. THE
