Todt, Contract Specialist, (404) 842-6629 The Contractor shall furnish the expertise, personnel, facilities, equipment and supplies necessary to administer vaccines to employees of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) located in Ft. Collins, CO. Vendor will be required to administer injections of licensed vaccines and IND vaccines, perform urine HCG test, perform HIV screenings, administer intramuscular, and subcutaneous or intradermal injections. Vaccines shall be administered by an MD or Registered Nurse. Physician must be an approved associate investigator approved by USAMRID Medical Division. A site visit by USAMRID is required when the program is initiated and monthly reporting to a designated representative is required for the life of the project. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for a one year period with 4 one year option periods. Because offeror will be administering the immunizations at their facility to CDC employees, it is imperative that the location of the offeror be in close proximity of CDC's facility located on Rampart Road (Foothills Campus) in Ft. Collins, CO. Offerors located within the city limits of Ft. Collins, CO will be scored more favorably. RFP will be available on or about 08/03/98 with an anticipated award date of October 1, 1998.
