Technology (NIST) requires a non-lubricated compressor for use in a
cryogenic refrigeration system. The following minimum requirements must
be met. 1. Volumetric flow rate of at least 12 slm. 2. High pressure of
at least 2.75 MPa. 3. Low pressure less than 0.1 MPa. 4. Electrical
input power from 110 VAC 60 Hz source. 5. Electrical input power not to
exceed 600 W. 6. Electronics must allow control of volumetric flow
rate. 7. No lubrication. 8. Air cooled. 9. Nitrogen working fluid.
Interested sources proposing to supply a compressor which meets these
requirements must submit a written quote and a qualification statement
clearly establishing capability to meet the above requirements within
15 days from the date of this synopsis. This simplified acquisition
will be based upon the best value to the Government, with technical
merit and past performance being significantly more important than
