Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY intends to contract for the purchase of reagents for drugs of abuse testing to be used with the Syva ETS Plus. VAMC intends to contract with Behring Diagnostics Inc. Initial contract period shall be October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999, with three (3) one-year renewal options. Offerors may submit information on comparable products that will function with the Syva ETS Plus. Comparable products will only be considered if clear and concise documantaion is furnished. NO solicitation documents exist, therefore, requests for documents will be considered invalid responses.
