consists of reconstructing 6.70 miles of the Eagle-thomasville Road.
The road is located in moderate to difficult terrain and ranges in
elevation from 8,000 feet to 9,000 feet. Winter shut down can occur as
early as mid-October and spring start up can be as late as the middle
to the end of June. Road reconstruction includes roadbed
reconditioning, placement of geotextile & crushed aggregate and spot
aggregate placement at stream crossings. Project is located on the
Sopris Ranger District, Eagle County, CO, White River National Forest.
Contract time is 30 calendar days. Estimed price range is between
$25,000 -- $100,000. All responsible sources will be considered by the
