This notice also changes the July 15, 1998 date for the pre-award conference to July 30, 1998 in the Ronald Reagan Building, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC, USAID Information Center Conference Room on the Mezzanine level. Enter through the 14th street entrance and Visitor's Desk personnel can direct parties to the conference room. The conference will begin at 9:00 a.m. and may continue up to 3:00 p.m. Parties who previously acknowledged their intent to attend the conference do not need to provide further notification, however, parties who have not provided a faxed or mailed notice stating their interest in attending the conference, must do so. Please provide the point of contact's name, number of individuals who plan to attend, phone and fax number, as well as the name of the agency, address and zip code. Interested parties may fax or mail questions regarding the SUM RFP M/OP-98- 1343 to Margaret Kline, USAID fax number 202-216-3134 or mail to USAID, RRB, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, Room 7.09.101 (M/OP/B/LA) Washington, DC 20523-7100 by July 24, 1998.
