The specifications for the lasers are as follows: Power: greater than 25 millijoule (MJ)/pulse @ 1064 nanometers (NM) and greater than 10 MJ/pulse @ 532 NM; Repitition rate: variable to 45 hertz (Hz); Pulse width: less than 10 nanoseconds (nsec) @ 1064NM and less than nsec @ 532NM; Weight: laser head less than 1 kilogram (Kg) and the power supply and cooler less than 16 Kg; Size: laser head less than 3x3x10 inches; and Power Consumption: less than 2 amps on 110 volts, operating at 40 Hz. Evaluations of quotes will be based on lowest price that is technically acceptable. Questions concerning this synopsis should be submitted in writing to the primary point of contact.
