Harris, 415-427-1332 The work of this contract consists of chip/seal of 5.7 miles of Park roads at Cottonwood Canyon, Joshua Tree National Park, Riverside County, California. Also includes traffic and pavement markings. Contract duration is 30 calendar days. The price range is between $100,000 to $250,000. This procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1611 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. THE SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED ON AUGUST 25, 1998 with participants to meet at Cottonwood Visitor Center at 10:00 AM. Cottonwood Visitor Center is located approximately 24 miles east of the town of Indio, California and 5 miles north of Interstate 10.
