The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this project is 1761-Roofing and Sheet Metal Work. The size standard is $7.0 Million. Work includes providing and securing repairs of roofs, the complete installation of new roof systems to existing structures at various locations, complete and ready for use. The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of various existing roofing systems, flashing, counterflashing, cants, curbs, fascia, drip edge, roof insulation, decking, gutters and downspouts, blocking and other incidental related work. The contract period shall be for a base period of 365 days from the required commencement date, with two one year option periods. The date of availability of the solicitation is 24 July 1998.
