The successful contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, services, and labor to accomplish the renovation/expansion of the existing Main Post Office building and sit in Coeur D'Alene, ID. The contractor shall use the plans and specifications providing demolition, environmental abatement, earthwork, asphalt, concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, drywall, interior finishes, doors and frames, storefront and glazing, hardware, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and lighting. The estimated construction cost range is $1,375,000 to $1,500,000. The performance period is 150 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed.
