Saint Louis, Contracting Officer; 304/636-1800, extension 265 The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting for the rental of equipment with operator for the flood reconstruction of the West Fork of the Greenbrier Rail-Trail on the Greenbrier District in Pocahontas and Randolph Counties, West Virginia. The project will include the brushing of the trail, repair of washouts and slides, reinstallation of ditches, culverts, and/or dips, gravel surfaces, and grading the road surface to approximately 8 feet wide. Work will be accomplished under the direction of a Forest Service Representative. The necessary equipment includes a JD 450 Dozer or equal, Cat 315 Excavator or equal, Tandem Dump Trucks, FA 65C Grader or equal, JD 310 Loader/Hoe or equal and Chainsaws.
