The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure Lead Based Paint Abatement services -- approx. 200 properties/year in the City of Philadelphia, PA. These services will be required on an as-needed basis for one year, with possible extension of three additional one year periods; HUD intends to make multiple awards and compete individual task orders among the awardees. The SIC code is 1521. Offerors will be required to submit a proposal which includes information about their experience, past performance, and technical capability.
