Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the service of providing a Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must be able to provide the fully developed/approved plan to the Government not later than 1 December 1998. The solicitation/Request for Proposals (RFP) is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This Solicitation/RFP will be issued o/a 21 July 1998. The proposed contract will be 100% set-aside for small business (SB). For this acquistion, the SB size standard is $5 Million in total revenues. Interested SB concerns should submit written/facsimile requests including, but not limited to the following: business address, point of contact, tax identification number, DUNS number, CAGE code, corporate status as a SB, and a signed statement of of status as a SB. Telephone requests for the solicitation/RFP will not be honored. Contractors that submitted requests for Fort Carson solicitation DAKF06-98-Q-0195, cancelled in June 1998, will be added to the bidder's mailing list and do not need to submit a request to receive this solicitation/RFP package.
