The objectives of this acquisition are to acquire kits and installation of the AN/ARC-220 HF radio on 14 aircraft. The acquisition will also include an option for Logistics Development specific efforts to be performed. The Government intends to award a delivery order to Contract DAAJ09-94-G-0009 to sole source contractor The Boeing Company, 5000 McDonnell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy requirements. There is no technical data package and no solicitation will be issued. This requirement is an Engineering Change No 1291. Interested sources are encourage to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All resonsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
