Contractor to provide, install and test a 1.5 ton self contained computer room air conditioner (Liebert or approved equal). Unit shall have an air cooler condenser with a two speed fan, 18,100 BTUH@ 675 CFM and 17,700 BTUH @ 565 CFM; 4.6 KW electric reheat section, steam generator type de-humidifier with a capacity of 2.5 lbs. Per hr. and a "HEPA" type filter to provide maximum particulate control in the area to be served (ie..Munters Dehumidifier w/HEPA Filter Part Number HC300); compressor hermetically sealed with suction gas cooled motor, internal vibration isolation, internal thermal overloads, suctions and discharge service valves, manual reset high pressure switch, and pump down low pressure switch. The room mean relative humidity should be held between 30-40%, with a variability of not more than +/- 5% over a 24 hour period. Mean temperature should be held between 20 and 23 degrees C, with a variability of not more than +/- 2C over a 24 hour period. Relative humidity and temperature must be measured and recorded on a daily basis during equilibration (either manually or by hygrothermograph). Chassis shall be constructed of steel with thermal and acoustical insulation, removable service access panels, and provided with vibration isolators. Micro processor temperature control with plastic membrane key pad for set point and program control, seven day programming with display, and clock display. A wall mounted temperature and humidity recorder. The unit shall be a "Supco" model number CR4 universal recorder or equal. The unit must provide two independent simultaneous measurements of temperature and humidity at speeds of 31 days, 7 days, 24 hours, 12 hours, 6 hours, 3 hours or 1.5 hours. Unit shall operate on standard 110VAC power and come with assortment of 6" diameter charts and pens. The recorder must have a temperature recording range of -40F to 170F, humidity recording range of 0 to 100% RH. Relative humidity and temperature must be measured and recorded on a daily basis during equilibration (either manually or by hygrothermograph). Temperature measurements will be accurate to +/- 1C.
