Contractor shall provide testing services to active duty soldiers, adult family members, Department of the Army Civilians and other military personnel. This includes test examiner and test proctor services for tests such as DANTES, TABE, SAT, CLEP, GMAT, etc. The contract will have a one year base period plus three one year options. Estimated date of contract start is 1 October 1998. This will be a commercial item solicitation. The procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business, with a Standard Industrial Classification Code of 8748. The solicitation (Request for Proposal (RFP)) will be issued on or about 1 August 1998.
