The proposed contrator shall provide services to the institution ten (3)three hour sessions to be offered weekly for a period of 50 weeks. The proposed contractor must possess an acceptable degree from a four-year college or university. The Government intends to award a contract with a base year an four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The total quantity for each 12-month period of the contract is 430 sessions per year. Penal Institution Security requirements are applicable.
