Q -- RADIOLOGIST SOL 124-0020 DUE 082598 POC Ronn Lindert, Contracting Officer, 608-584-6119 The Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford, WI is soliciting to establish a contract with a Radiologist to provide specialty medical services in the area of radiological medicine to inmates incarcerated at said facility. The board certified/eligible radiologist will serve as Director of Radiology Services and shall provide evaluations and interpretations of roentgenograms, and special diagnostic roentgenographic procedures to include arthrograms, barium enemas, IVPs, G.I. Series, venograms, cholecystograms, and tomography. the contractor will provide specialized radiological tests and procedures on patients on referral from the institution medical staff. the contractor will provide written and/or dictated reports on all patients referred for evaluation and will include recommendations for further diagnostic testing and/or treatment, when indicated. Contractor to provide two hour sessions, one session per week for an estimated 52 sessions for the contract period of October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999. Offerors must bew a graduate from an approved school of radiology with current State of Wisconsin licensure and/or certification to be considered for award. Offerors must have liability insurance issued by a responsible carrier in order to be eligible for award. there will be a pre-bid conference/site visit at the Federal Correctional Institution on August 6, 1998. A firm fixed-price contract will be awarded on or about September 8, 1998 to the lowest qualified bidder. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by this office. The estimated range of this agreement is $25,000 to $100,000.
