incinerator with a burn rating of 100 pounds per hour. Material
incinerated includes but is not limited to: kitchen waste, paper
products, and construction waste. Incinerator limitations: The
incinerator shall meet all EPA emission requirements. Rate of capacity
for the primary chamber shall be adjustable to 800 BTU/hour. The unit
dimensions shall not exceed 5 feet, 8 inches in width by 6 feet, 10
inches in height. Provide exhaust stack which passes through a 14 inch
diameter roof penetration and be equipped with a spark arrestor. The
primary chamber refractory shall burn #2 fuel oil at 2700 degrees. The
incinerator shall have monolithic castable refractory lining. Minimum
primary chamber volume shall be 30 cubic feet and maximum primary
chamber capacity shall be 40 cubic feet. The unit shall be skid mounted
and have fully automatic electrical controls. Contractor shall provide
a one-year warranty and test the unit prior to shipment. Provide
shipping estimate with delivery to U.S. Coast Guard Air Station, Kodiak
Island, Alaska. The standard industrial classification code is 3567 and
the small business size standard is 500 employees within the preceding
12 months. Request for RFQ documents must be submitted and received by
this office no later than 30 July 1998. Quotations must be submitted to
this office no later than 20 August 1998. This Notice is for
