The agency need is for the following: Image Analysis System which features : Windows 95 or 3.1 PC compatible environment; fast operation (200-300 cells per hour); works on live or stored cell images; automatic background subtraction; statistics calculated for each slide and dose level; slide data is stored in Excel or Quattro-Pro spreadsheet formats; Excel Macros for creating quick 3-D frequency histograms. The specifications include the following: Cyclops software packages (most recent version); high resolution CCD camera; videographics imaging board; epi-fluorescent microscope with trinocular c-mount and filter combinations; and complete on-site installation.
