Renovation of Barracks 1150, 1151, and 1152, Camp Parks, California. Competition for this procurement is limited to 8(a) firms which have the SIC code 1542 among their approved SIC codes. The size standard for this SIC code is $17 million. This procurement is restricted to 8(a) firms listed with the San Francisco District Office of the Small Business Administration. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. This project consists of the renovation of Barracks 1150 (10,600 SF) that includes the framing of the interior walls, studs, roof, interior stairway, subfloors, complete new heating, ventilating and air conditioning, electrical systems, and additional plumbing for the entire building. The renovation of Barracks 1151 and 1152 includes modifications to heating, ventilating and air conditioning, electrical systems, and additional plumbing.
