Barracks 1150, 1151, and 1152, Camp Parks, California. Competition for
this procurement is limited to 8(a) firms which have the SIC code 1542
among their approved SIC codes. The size standard for this SIC code is
$17 million. This procurement is restricted to 8(a) firms listed with
the San Francisco District Office of the Small Business
Administration. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. This project consists of the
renovation of Barracks 1150 (10,600 SF) that includes the framing of
the interior walls, studs, roof, interior stairway, subfloors, complete
new heating, ventilating and air conditioning, electrical systems, and
additional plumbing for the entire building. The renovation of
Barracks 1151 and 1152 includes modifications to heating, ventilating
and air conditioning, electrical systems, and additional plumbing.
Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. For more

and specifications for this project must be ordered and the check
received by the CUT OFF DATE of August 6, 1998, to ensure receipt of
the solicitation package at a cost of $33.00 for Specifications (text
only), and Full-Size drawings. Half-size drawings and CD-ROM are not
available. Orders received beyond the CUT OFF DATE, (8/6/98), will not
be honored. Plans and specifications will be mailed out on or about
August 14, 1998. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced,
copies are limited to one set per firm. Payment by company check,
certified check or money order made payable to the Finance and
Accounting Officer, USAED, Sacramento. Requests must be submitted along
with payment by mail, or in person to USAED, Sacramento, ATTN: Plan
Room, 1325 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814-2922. Do not address to the
contract specialist for this will delay your order. Firms are requested
