The Army requires a contract to Construct Mezzanine, Building 7908, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, provide and install concrete footings, sawcut slab for footings of mezzanine; provide and install structural steel and bar joists for mezzanine; provide and install metal bar grating and steel stairs for mezzanine; provide and install steel pipe handrails for mezzanine; provide and install wire mexh partitions and gates; provide and install expanded metal-type tenant lockers; provide and install lighting under mezzanine. Performance shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC is 1542. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. There is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for the solicitation package. The fee shall be in the form of Company Check, Certified Check, or Money Order and made payable to the TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES. NO CASH will be accepted.
