The Army requires a contract to Construct Storage Annex, Building 7902, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolishing existing concrete apron; constructing single story pre-engineered metal building with drywall interior finish and suspended ceiling; provide fire suppression sprinkler system; electrical systems that inclue lighting and power. Performance shall be completed within 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC is 1541. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. There is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 for the solicitation package. The fee shall be submitted with the WRITTEN request for the package. Fee shall be in the form of Certified Check, Company Check or Money Order and made payable to the TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES.
