It is the intent of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to award multiple firm fixed price, requirements contracts (one for each geographic area) for the services of on-site field review of appraisals. The services will consist of performing an on-site review of the appraisals which have been completed by the HUD Roster Appraisers and/or DE Lenders to determine accuracy and quality of the appraisals on its single-family (one to four units) properties. The reviews will consist of 100% exterior reviews and of those exterior reviews, 50% will also require interior reviews. This service is for the HUD Santa Ana, CA Home Ownership Center (HOC). The geographic area under the jurisdiction of the Santa Ana HOC is the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Hawaii. This is a Full and Open competition with partial set-asides for firms under the Small Business Administration 8(a)first, Small Businesses second and Large Business third. Subcontracting opportunities are also available. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year with four (4) option years.
