The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials equipment and performance required in connection with Clean Mold & Mildew, Dust, and other potential air-borne contaminants form air distribution (duct) systems. Work includes but is not necessarily restricted to: Remove, clean and re-install rectangular and square ceiling diffusers, clean all permanent air filters and replace all disposable air flters, replace ceiling tiles, inspect walls and other hard surfaces in the building for mold and mildew and wash down, repair all access openings created during duct cleaning operations,test and balance air distribution systems. Performance time is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Sic Code for this project is 1731. Project is unrestricted, all responsible businesses may submit a bid. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for the solicitation package.
