The project includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of the interior and exterior of dining facility, to include: remove and replace various existing bricks, replace all windows, construct additional dry storage and refrigerator/freezer area, construct brick screen walls for compactor area and can wash area, extend concrete dock and metal canopy, remove existing concrete loading drive and replace, provide seamless flooring, remove and provide new interior electrical circuits and provide lighting fixtures and electrical circuits. Project range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Completion time is 180 days. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
