Brown, (315) 772-6510 (Site Code DAKF36) Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the upgrade of the LeRay Mansion (Building P-4701) and the Tenant House (Building P-4700) in the LeRay Mansion District, Fort Drum, New York, in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: LeRay Mansion -- Removal of existing roofing (copper at the upper roof and asphalt at the wing roofs) and installation of new metal roofing including attic vents, snowguards, built-in gutters, external downspouts, and related accessories. Repair of existing chimneys, including construction of new crickets and flashing. Removal of Existing metal caps wired in place and installation of new masonry caps. Replication of historic ornamental balustrades around upper and wing roofs. Tenant House -- Removal of existing asphalt shingle roof and installation of new standing seam metal roof and related flashings and accessories. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The construction period is 120 calendar days.
