The Army requires a contract to Replace two(2) single-zone air handling units, one (1) multi-zone air handling unit, 70 ton air cooled condenser, 70 ton chiller, and HVAC control system. Test and balance new air conditioning equpment and existing air distribution system. Performance shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 for copies of the solicitation package. The fee must submitted with requests for solicitation package, be in the form of Company Check, Certified Check, or Money Order, and made payable to the TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES.
