We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the New Years Eve Party, scheduled 31 December 1998, at the Kashim Club. This event is open to all enlisted personnel, their families, DOD civilians, federal employees, and retired enlisted personnel who (in the surrounding area) are club members. We are looking for hats, party favors, noise makers,as well as food. We are also seeking sponsorship/donations in the form of door prizes such as airline tickets, certificates, cash, and services from the local community. We would accept all or part sponsorship/donation requested depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners, and imformation at the event. Advertising in all areas of Elmendorf Air Force Base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. more than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation canbe accepted no later than 1 December 1998.
