The Air Force intends to solicit proposals for an indefinite-quantity/indefinite delivery contract for repair and construction of roads and sidewalks at Bolling AFB, DC. Work includes but is not limited to the repair of asphaltic concrete paving; to include removal of existing surface course and base course, provision and installation of new crushed aggregate subbase, bituminous surface course, bituminous prime coat, tack coat and seal coats, provision and installation of new slurry seal, resetting and adjusting manholes, valve boxes and inlets; excavation and earthwork. The performance period shall consist of one basic year with two one-year option periods for a possible total of three years. The Standard Industrial Code is 1611. Project value is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a competitive best-value solicitation in which offerors' past performance and price will receive equal consideration.
