Remove existing hot air furnace. Install new furnace in Building 7161. Reconnect utilities to new furnace. Modify existing gas pipe, exhaust vent, duct, electric, etc. to accommodate new furnace. remove equipment room doors, door jams, header, sheet-rock, steel purlin to remove existing furnace. Materials will be reused to return to original condition. Replace disturbed sheet- rock and paint with two (2) coats of paint to match existing. Contractor shall furnish and install a natural gas hot air furnace Model CA-150, as manufactured by Pow-R-Matic Inc. or an approved equal. Furnace shall have a 1,875,000 BTU input and 1,500,000 BTU output with 1875 CFH. Dimensions shall be 105 3/4" height, 54 3/4" width, and 97 3/4" length. Furnace shall be furnished with the following: Stainless steel primary combustion chamber, centrifugal type silent blower, high speed flame retention burner, combination fan and limit control, induced draft fan, 30 second pre-purgemotor starter and burner switch, available for direct discharge or duct connection, radiation shields, bolt on panels for easy access and voltage 230/3/60. Filter V-Bank dimensions shall be 28 1/4" wide, 96 1/4" length and 28 1/4" height. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. for the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
