Remove existing evaporative cooler on roof, duct work, exhaust chimneys, wiring and gas lines to gas heater, gas heaters (2) inside building, supports and platform. Provide and install new HVAC system, extend gas and power to A/C unit. Provide and install enclosure around HVAC unit. Patch and repair and paint damaged area, to match surrounding area during construction. This project is being issued under the simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation is unrestricted and open to all interested firms. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid and Performance bonds are not required; however, a Payment Bond will be required after award as specified in the solicitation.
