The RBFV requirement will require the Contractor to annually visit one third of the approximately 4,000 recreational boat manufacturers in the United States. The sources sought shall have an in-depth knowledge of all safety standards and regulations affecting the manufacture of recreational boats in the United States, and a demonstrated ability to convey this knowledge in clear and concise terms to manufacturing personnel.
