SMITH (913) 684-1630 (Site Code DABT19) Work includes but is not limited to: Architectural repairs such as repairing walls, ceilings, floors, and trim; mechanical work such as relocating fan coils and installing plumbing fixtures; and electrical work to include outlets, raceway, light fixtures, fire alarm data, CATV, and telephone; some of the existing paint contains lead; Buildings will be occupied during construction. Bldg 46 includes Phases 1-8. Bldg 47 includes Phases 9-16. Contractor shall move Government furnished equipment including beds, wardrobe, desk, chairs and refrigerators to Government warehouse located on Ft. Leavenworth for each phase of work. Furnishings shall be moved back into the completed phase prior to moving furnishings for the next phase. Ordering period is 365 calendar days from award date. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including itsaffiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $17 million.
