Longbrake, Contracting Officer Alcoholism treatment for eligible Native American Patients in the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service area. The Aberdeen Area IHS proposes to negotiate a cost-reimbursement type contract under the Buy-Indian Act (41 USC 253(c)(1) with the Native American Alcohol Treatment Program, Sergeant Bluff, Iowa 51054. The authority for this sole source award is FAR Clause 6.302-1 based on their state certification and licensure and agreement with the State of Iowa to become certified to provide alcoholism services. General provisions as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations and HHSAR will be utilized. The term of the proposed cost-reimbursement contract will be for a base year and one option year.
