St.-Jean, Suite 711, Pointe Claire (QC)H9R5P1, Canada for Time Control 3 Site Licenses (1000) and Quick Start Implementation Assistance (5 day consulting services). Time Control 3 was developed as a project management, financial analysis and time and attendance tracking tool which provides an automated time and attendance tracking system to capture and track time spent against a task to the funding resource. Heuristic Management Systems is the manufacturer of Time Control 3 and the only known source to provide these site licenses and consulting services. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and is being pursued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
