The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to Chelton, Inc. for the purchase of six (6) SATCOM Antennas (P/N 19-430-10P28, NSN 5985-01-440-914550) and six (6) SATCOM Antenna Gaskets (P/N 6930A/19-430) in support of the Airborne Command Post (ABNCP) modification of the E-6 Aircraft. The contract will be issued on a sole source basis to Chelton, Inc., the sole producer of the SATCOM Antenna which provides the required Voice Satellite Capability for the E-6B Aircraft.
