Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to perform selective civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical demolition; to perform excavation and backfilling; to install utility runs and connections; to place asphalt paving and concrete formwork; to accomplish other site improvements; to modify existing restroom facilities, interiors, structure, HVAC system, electrical system, and fire alarm system; to construct an approximately 3,240 square foot addidtion; and to install fire sprinkler system throughout both the existing building and the addition. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $500,000 and $1 Million with a performance period of 270 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 Million million.
